In difficult times, Genikes Insurance stand firmly by our customers and society.
With a sense of responsibility and solidarity, we acted immediately to support those affected by the recent devastating wildfire:

- We responded promptly and swiftly to the requests and needs of our customers.

- From Thursday morning, 24/7, we had a complete overview of all affected areas and proactively contacted many our customers to offer help and support.

- Loss notifications were immediately assigned to our assessors, allowing us to have preliminary damage estimates as early as Friday, 25/7.

- Our rapid response enables us to begin the evaluation and payment of compensations immediately, so we can actively stand by our customers.

- We are further strengthening the work of the SupportCY volunteers, where, in addition to the free insurance cover we already provide to every volunteer, we are proceeding with a donation of specialized equipment to replace what was damaged during the SupportCY immediate involvement in the wildfire.

With consistency, sensitivity, and determination, we remain by the side of those who need us.
